heres a good cheater bike, 290 dry weight and plenty of power for blacktop roads, its not a woods weapon but it will do a fine job in the woods, especially no faster than u guys were riding :D. but for pure dual sport its the ticket....i have some lowering links also if u need to cheat even more. pm me if you'd be serious in looking at it.

I may be able to make it in the morning as the part doesn't start till 4.

    How does this work?
Do we drive our trucks and walk the trail with tools?
or so we strap the tools to our bikes and ride the trails and stop and trim as needed.

If your talking about trail 11 where it follows the road there are some spots on it too narrow to get a KLR's handle bars to fit through

Went to the Redbird Foundation meeting tonite and talked to Gary Delong who will be heading up the work day.

He told me that the plan was to work on trails 8 & 9. Not many people have been riding it and they want to get it cleared so they can start getting people to ride it to keep it cleared.

in the past we've found it best to talk the trails, do the work...

    Then play.

Depending where the trail is located we would drive vehicles to the trail head on trail Zero or the main road.

It's easier to carry tools by hand then trying to figure out ways to carry them on the bikes.

If you have a carpenter's smock bring it to carrier screws (Lowe's has them in cloth really cheap).

We can meet up either at the Barn/Maintenance building just West of the main gate or in the parking lot.

Everyone must sign in @ the gate so we know how many are working.

Make a copy of the memo, change by adding

EXCEPT tpar1220 in big bold letters and replace the memo on the board.

    Problem solved.

Just what does "tpar1220" stand for. I've an inquiring mind and i need to know. Is Decembeer 20th you birthday or is that how tall you are in millimeters. Or is it the displacement of the TW? Street number address? Combination to the lock on the bike shed?:evil Damn cold weather--i'm starting to loose it. I really need to be riding. Oh yeah--tomorrow @ 10-10:30am @ Redbird. Work for a LITTLE then ride. See some of the gaggle there.:lol3
