I will be there on Sunday. KDX 220 - plated.
We should get there Friday night.
I will be there Friday afternoon camping in a camper. Black 2500 look me up.
I have a KTM 380 2 stroke, its legal but not sure on the sound test.
Not sure how strict things are but I have this DR Suess contraption on the way.
I hope I get the DB snorkle before weekend as these work.
In years past they have never checked for sound test. I would think as long as your not getting on it and going out of your way to hear your bike no one will say anything.
agree- they have not checked the last 3 years --- just keep it under control
good info here
Looks like they got around an inch of rain last night so that will make conditions perfect for Saturday. For those of you who don't know it has been very dry so dust might have been an issue so the rain will help a lot.
Myself and about five others from Bloomington are going and riding the dual sport route. Anyone ever taken on the DS route with a KLR 650, XR650L, or DR650?
I have seen guys do it, just make sure you have a good set of knobby tires. In past there have only been a few real tight sections that the KLR would be a pain. The key is to not drop the bike, and then you don't have to pick up that beast.

Good point sir.
Al which one you doing the ADV or DS version.
Had a good time at the Buffaloe 500 this year here is Day 2 Section 1 video.
