Thanks for the thoughts and comments Chris.
I have been moving around, stretching, and walking a bit ... it's amazing how our bodies heal with the help of Our Father.
Guardian Angels ... absolutely and more than once for this old boy.
We'll see you at the HNF on the DRZ or in the SUBIE.

Thanks Bill, Prayers sent your Son's way.
They gave me a bunch of NORCO which do help with the pain and sleep but make me feel sick at the same time. They also work to shut down my digestive trak, like eating 3 pounds of sharp cheese a day lol.
I believe I'm done with them, the chest pain has got a lot more manageable the last 2 days.
Hope to see you at the HNF!

    Thanks Bryan, enjoy the MABDR.
Saw lots of deer in MD and PA when we traveled there. Saw a yearling parallel Jim Bennetts KTM 1290 on his right near Antietam National Battlefield and couldn't believe it ran right in front of him instead of away.
It hit his right crash guard and damaged the right panel a bit but Jim didn't go down. To those that know Jim it was one of those times carrying 444 pounds of gear worked for more than having portable jacuzzis and pulling wheelies lol.
Enjoy VA AND WV ... IT'S MAGIC.

Our bikes are about ready for the Buffaloe; Just need to fix my headlight as its been bashed against plenty of trees since I last really needed it to work. May change the air filter and bleed the brakes.

Oh, and we are riding the 200s. Doable on the WR and the 690, but more fun on the little bikes.

Mine's getting swapped over to dual sport duty tonight. Need to wire up the new tail light as the last time I used it the rear wheel might have gotten a bit...aggressive...on some landings...

And I'll be on the 450...

Conditions are great for the Buffaloe. Was just out at Stoney this morning. Thinking I may ride the dual sport on the 690 since it’s nice and dry.

I plan on riding Saturday for sure. Don't know if the body can take two days....11 months after partial knee replacement.

I'm sorry for your misfortune Steve. I hope you can heal fast and get on with life.
Thank God your still with us! I was very lucky and just cut my deer in 2 doing 60 without a scratch, the HD was not so lucky.

Nope, no GP...probably never....they were losing money due to insurance was killing them and not enough fans to cover costs.

It’s ALWAYS about the money (and in this case some egos were also involved). The fees that MotoGP wanted was more than IMS wanted to pay. IMS always puts on a first class event and it was one of the best fan races of the season. The Euro riders and one from Australia couldn’t deal with a non-perfect race surface so IMS eventually fixed that. Then they complained that there wasn’t any elevation to the course and bla, bla, bla.

Motoamerica puts on a good show and I am looking forward to watching them at the Speedway! :thumb

Watching both together for one ticket price at COTA was good. I still think the racers had input to this race. Sorry but Indy is boring.
