This trip was on our minds for one year, we were inspired by our friends who went there previously, the problem was to arrange he annual leaves from the jobs, at last we decided to load the bikes to train to Erzurum which is aprx 280 km to Iran border, the train took 40 hrs to arrive to Erzurum unfortunately i was the unlucky one to be in the train with the bikes, railroad coorporation wanted someone to be with the bikes. Total 5 bikes; 2 BMW1200GS, one 1150GSA, one Aprilla Caponord and one (mine) KTM 9fiddy, we had no trouble with bikes during the trip.
...now, what kind of a question is that..?? Sure we do!
So this is what you've been up to
I came, I saw, Iran :)
Since we buy the most expensive gas in Turkiye and the time was limited, the transportation of bikes by tran was a good idea, we could keep our energy in Iran. We would later see that (actually we knew that) the gas in Iran was cheaper than water in Iran (in real meaning :huh )
