I finally took the time to watch....IF the guy was really that bad, I'm thinkiong you edited suff out to make it look that way.

OK, I finally watched too. I'm pretty slow in the corners, but not quite that slow. I also stay aware of my surroundings, so I know when faster riders are coming up well before they get to me. I'll plan ahead to used a paved turnout if possible. If there isn't a good spot I'll intentionally hug the shoulder and accelerate very slowly at the beginning of a straightaway, clearly indicating for them to pass.

These are the same people who intentionally loiter in the left lane of a busy highway, at just barely the the speed limit. They know what they're doing. The same nosebleed doofuses who held up the lunch line in school. There is some very defective hard wiring in people who rejoice in holding up others.
