    Gusgus,

I've been thinking about where to meet in Fairbanks.

Option 1, Brewsters on the corner of Airport Way and University for a sit down meal (awesoem halibut sandwich)

Option 2, The gas station in Fox at the junction of the Steese and Elliot Hwys just north of Fairbanks (last gas till the Yukon)

    you pick

option 1 for about an hour delay and a decent meal or option 2 for a snickers bar and get on the road

I'm kinda leaning towards option 2 but will always eat good food if the opportunity presents itself

I would like to be leaving Fairbanks at noon

    what do you think?

I think Option 2 would be best.
I plan on leaving around 5am then. I think 300 approx to Fairbanks from the Rancho Gusgus would put me in around 11. Does this sound reasonable to you, and can you adapt to this time?
Here is the trouble with my plans. FRIGGIN work! I was told this evening I may be under a demand performance this weekend. I am going to continue to plan but it could end as quickly as it began due to broken shit.
I am sorry my friend if this is for drill, but somethings are just out of my control.
Man this sucks. I will tell you if I have to work, as soon as I know.

Fox gas station at 11AM on Saturday the 16th. Done deal!

If you aren't there or haven't called by noon I am heading towards Circle as I haven't done that road yet.

I understand the work thing and won't hold it against you if you can't make it. I will likely be out of cell range from noon Friday to 11AM Saturday so leave me a VM anytime and I will check when I can.

I got two one gallon gas cans mounted and am ready to go!

See you Saturday if you don't have to work.

Thanks for understanding and being there.

I don't like being the bump in the plans one bit.

But work does allow me to ride, any at all so there is a certian amount of respect it deserve.

Yes I will be there if there is anyway possible way I can make it so.

But right now It is totally an unknown future.

    I will keep you updated.
    Thanks man.

    Friar,,,,

I am ready and waiting for the go time.

It looks like you are my "witness" in Prudhoe? Cool man.

We will be there most likely early. Friar is riding along as my wingman until the pavement stops. Then he is going to hang around Fairbanks until our return.
We are going to find a place to place a note in a bag, so if we (you and I) have passed and missed him he isn't waiting, nor are we.
It is after all a bunburner for me.

    See you there.
