Are you going with new black Excel A60s? OEM hubs or aftermarket?

Front Hub is talon on all front wheels (30mm axle) and back hub is Standard LC4. Rims should be Excel and DID, i will just get them sandblasted and powdercoated black after I have repaired the dents in some of them...

So the factory used Talon front hubs and mixed DID and Excel rims or is that the previous owner?

Welcome to the 660rr club. Btw the rear hub isn't a 640 hub. The rally is ribbed whereas the 640/625s arent.

The actually mounted hub is not ribbed. The ribbed ones are often to find on the 620 LC4, aren´t they ?

Some parts arrived and I started to mount the Zeta handguards ;)

Just polished 2 of the exhausts, worked pretty well at the first try [IMG]

On the right is a set of unpolished exhausts and that what KTM seems to call a silencer [IMG][IMG]

May I ask what you paid for the entire lot? My pride about my DR-rebuild (with Husaberg front-end and other stuff) just vanished into nothing when watching your bike ...:cry

You cant ask that, his wife may find out and the last thing we want is the wife knowing what we actually spend on our toys :clap:rofl

Whatever it was it was worth every euro spent and more.

In that case you are one seriously lucky guy, perhaps you should put a ring on her finger as there are not lots of people lining up not only for the bike, the spares now your girlfriend as well :evil

Perhaps she can give some lessons to my wife :freaky

    Keep the pictures coming!

Ok, just a little update today - I mounted the indicators and re-wired the lights on top of the fender. Unfortunately the subframe is a bit bent, but this should be easy to fix and I also have a spare part ^^ I also tried to polish the exhaust pipes a bit :1drink

Do yourself a favour and replace the dry breaks. If they are years old they are bound to be brittle. A number of mine snapped off with little effort one day. The male end will break off inside the female and the shutoff valve is gone and fuel will dump onto your exhaust. Hopefully a cold exhaust as mine was.

Hm sounds bad :eek1 I´m also a bit in a worry as there are no petcocks at the tanks :puke1 Can you recommend some high quality dry breaks ?
