The low beam has a nice cutoff. Nice find.

I made a mounting plate to carry the lights, but there is no way to fit the low beam into the bike :( It´s just to big, tried every possible way but the lights would stay way to far out front and there would be no clearance to the front fairing. So I can´t take the LED low beam. My new solution would be to cut the original TRIOM headlight in half and take one part (with a 55W Osram Nightracer instead of a 35W HS1) for the low beam. The LED high beam will then be fitted right next to it, sitting on a traverse over the oil cooler.

Ok so this setup would work for the moment. What do you think ?
I just don´t know how to set the high beam heigth now :twitch But maybe it will be fine as it is (need to check...)

60mm inlet Akras are for sale, these two will be the new project ^^ I just need to cut and weld some pipe elbows and redesign the part from the footpegs to the exhaust pipes. The new 52mm inlet Akras will fit the 50mm manifold with a 52x1mm pipe.

So this will be my setup for now. When participating the Hardalpitour, I may can install a second 30° high beam LED light and replace the H4 Triom part with it. On the photos the LED just is on 40% due to a flat battery ^^

Just mounted the Akras to check my opportunities for the build. I need enough clearance to the swingarm, luckily the carbon clamps are asymetrical and I can play a bit with that. The alloy bushings are also designed to get a bit of a twist and the gap between the exhausts will be a bit wider at the front than at the end (or bottom and top). Tried both versions as to see on the photos. I´ll need to take out the rear wheel and remove the linkage from the swingarm and try what´s the best solution ... and in the end I´ll also need to to the fast and easy work of building two custom exhaust pipes :jack

Here´s a possible solution of mounting the Akras with enough clearance to the swingarm. What do you think ?
