Just a little bit of fresh bling :) I´ll remove the old ICO and put the TT IMO under the roadbok and the RNS on top.

Sold the Akra´s again, they are just a bit too big. But anyway doing some work at the exhaust system and polishing the pipes.

Exhaust pipes are almost done. And I also placed some threaded sleeves in the bashplate holder. The old threads were broken.

May I ask where you bought the LED lights? My bike came with the same 2x HS1 lights and they're dreadful.
I quite liked the Acra pipes, a shame they didn't fit alright.

If anybody has a great solution for de exhaust please tell me. Drove around today for half aan hour and my ears are hurting. Sound is beautifull, but way to loud! Is there a silicencer that fitts without adjustment? And do you guys measure aswell 53mm as size at the end of the exhaust ( do know the name in english, but where you look into the exhaust:D)?

Back from IZI Meeting with 16201km on the bike now, time for an oil change and service. I'll also swap the suspension for the freshly serviced factory parts now. Aaaand the GO!!!!!!! Dekor will be printed this week. As the temperatures will rise within the next days, it's finally time for the tank sealing procedure.

So maybe until the weekend I'll have "my" Gauloises Factory Replica bike finished :clap

The IZI meeting was great again, changeful weather as every year, good company and great offroad fun :ricky

Tanks are sealed, I used almost 1kg epoxy. It´ll dry out over the weekend now.
And I installed the closed cartridge fork and a new rear suspension, nice stuff :)

The application was not to difficult. I heated up the 2 epoxy components in a water bath to gain more liquidity and poured about 400ml in the first tank. After sealing (swinging) I let the rest (about 150ml) drip out into a cup and could use it with some more fresh epoxy for the next tank and so on ... I think the result looks great and will hopefully last.

This is where i left the inside partially unsealed. The epoxy started to gel and didn't flow well. For full coverage I should have opened the second package of epoxy. But it's fine for me to use it as a reference.

Just thinking about what to do with my carbon tank protectors then - on top of the Stickers, underneath them, leave them away and don't fall anymore ? ^^
