Asking price: $3200.00 obo Location: Indianapolis Message me your inquiries, we can chat on the phone from thereon. I am listing up my wife's motorcycle which she bought last year I believe. It is a highly desirable and sought after 2004 Kawasaki Super Sherpa KL250. It is an air-cooled, carburated (with a bigger Jet than stock) 250CC, 6-speed transmission beast (YES 6 SPEED, cruises at 65 down the highway easily). It is super reliable and we have done multiple long-distance camping adv trips on it (including a 10-day 1200mile trip, without a single hiccup). I would not hesitate taking it anywhere in/outside the country. These bikes are little tanks and do the job really well. Look it up online, on advrider etc. has a HUGE fan following. If I could, I would like to hold on to it, but it just takes space in the garage with other motorcycles in it, and my wife is taking over one of my motorcycles as it fits her really well. Some information on the bike: Bought it as a starter bike for my wife from a guy here locally, who bought it from the original owner who used it behind his camper and barely rode the thing. We bought it at around 6600 miles. Since our ownership, we have: 1. Replaced Chain, Front/rear sprockets (did not need it but we were going on a long motorcycle trip down in Florida so decided to do it anyway) 2. New air filter 3. Oil/Filter changed before it is due. (As a matter of fact, this bike comes with an oil change kit) 4. Valves inspected and set at the Kawasaki dealer off US 31 near Whiteland/Greenwood area. Have paperwork to prove. And doesn't need it for another 12,000 miles. 5. I think I installed a new spark plug as well 6. Installed handguards 6. Currently has around 8200 miles on it 7. Few small scratches on the tank nothing too crazy 8. Never been crashed, rode mainly on pavement and light hardpacked dirt roads, no tough offroad terrain. 9. It comes with a full printed version of the user/service manual as well. The tires have probably about another 1000-1500 miles on it. Thanks for looking!
