Nothin' wrong with BBQ.
I could do with some Q.
I'm available the 11 or 12 if you want to name a place and time.
You fail. did not mention Oklahoma Joe's , or now Joe's, the bestest. youse filthy animal.
Nothin' wrong with wings either.
I like that idea.
Last week on the way home from Mexico we stopped at We B Smokin at the Paola Airport. As usual the beans were fantastic ....the ribs, not so much
At We B Smokin' I like beans and either chicken or one of their beef sandwiches. Not ribs there.
Yes, the chicken is good there. I think it is even better when they are busy and the chicken spends less time in the smoker.
I would like to find someplace that does good open fire grilled chicken, still my favorite.
Mike, open grilled chicken is a summer staple in the northeast. The Lion's Club in my Vermont hometown does a chicken barbecue on the Fourth as one of their primary annual fundraisers. No barbecue sauce here, just oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
Do you have a date and time?
Let's shoot for Wednesday, April 11. 6:30 is always a good time.
I would like to try Smokin Guns at 1218 Swift, NKC. Haven't been there before, but they have an outdoor area in addition to the dinning room.
Just for grins
Sounds like a plan. See you Wednesday.
