I might like to join you fellers out there. I assume that RVs are ok in the overflow? Anybody know if there is a length limitation in the overflow campgound?

Well, I don't really know, but when I was there in 08 there was no bridge.
Also, fishing around online I found this :

RINCON TRAIL (33E23) -
Trail begins in the Upper Kern Canyon off Mtn. 99 at Ant Canyon. It parallels the Rincon Fault and Kern River drainage. The bridge over Salmon Creek has been removed. Cross the creek during low water ONLY. Best suited for advanced riders. (19.5 miles)

From: http://www.kernvalley.com/news/platohv.htm#RINCON

I'm not sure Javier maybe you have more up to date info ?!?

Remember this is one of the steepest roads in California, there is a place to park, but can you get up there or stay alive going down?. "Make shure your brakes are in tip top shape"

Camping is free, there is a water spigot and an outhouse at the entrance. It's located on the left hand side past the Troy Meadow and Fish Creek campgrounds. I believe it's the last of the campgrounds altogether. I'll put up an ADV sign like this one...

...on a tree at the main entrance. It's just one large group spot at the edge of a meadow located at the rear of the Troy Meadow OVERFLOW.
I have Friday off :super so I may leave Long Beach Thurs evening or Friday at the butt-crack of dawn...we'll see.
