Whose Jeep? Can we talk hitches and hitch set ups? And I'm going next year if I have to hold up a bank to do it.

You guys had a fantastic time.:thumb

    Hi QS,

It's a bumper/hitch combo with a tire swingout (not in use). It's all bolted with support brackets welded to the frame. However, a simple u-haul type is sufficient. I have a 4" lift and use a drop of 6" for the ball. Let me know if you have any q's.

I have a custom bumper/tire carrier with a 2" receiver. I've replaced the cross member with a better one that is not DOT crash spec (ie doen't bend or tear out if you look at it). There are also extra frame tie ins. (Hauling spare tire, firewood, gas, water and two large coolers of beer/ice - you do the math.) I also am sitting on 4" of lift. Hmmmmm. I'm thinking wire up the Jeep for a trailer and just rent a tiny U-Haul when necessary...Hmmmmm. Kennedy Meadows next year? :patch I'll get back with you...
