kettle moraine field and forest ride 2019 (WI)

    Hi. Anyone been to this ride before? How many miles long is it. How much of it is road?

    It's usually about 90-110 miles.
    I'd say about 40% road.
    The offroad sections are pretty good with a lot of singletrack and elevation changes.

    No.
    It is an organized Dual Sport ride put on by the Kettle Moraine Sport Riders near West Bend Wi.
    It's one of the five such rides that happen throughout Wi.

    They fill up fast so best to get signed up early, for next year:deal

    I'm bringing my plated 300XC. Last time I did this ride i was on my 950 SE. You'll see a variety, take whatever your more comfortable with. I prefer a lighter bike if possible. You'll have fun either way!
