Somewhere in either a thread or in On the Pegs magazine there was a kettlebell training routine posted. I've spend far too long trying to retrace my steps and I am hoping someone kept a link or knows which month in OtP magazine the routine was in. I'm looking for the routine but also the recommendation on which weights to get. As I recall there were three sizes I need to buy... I have $200 in employer sponsored fitness bucks to use and I think this is what I want to get! How awesome of them to buy these for me.
