    Are these like the Dakar pants with the waste 2” larger than stated? Actual waste measurement? Inseam?

    Not the seller but I have both of the Mojave and Dakar and they are identical in fitment and do run 2" large.

    Yes. there are velcro straps on the waist to snug down the fit. Works very well. actual waist is 34”. Inseam is 30”. The stains are from oil.
