It seems most of the pants wether it be jeans or textile pants the knee pad pockets don’t sit in the right place.

Does anyone know if there are sleeves/knee pad holders for removeable D30 knee pads out there ?

I would imagine the sleeves would be thin since I’m looking to use D30. I’m not too interested in the molded plastic knee/shin guards.

In my mind I’m looking for a knee pad sleeve that a volleyball player wear that I can add my armor to.

    Yes

There are lots of sleeve or tube options out there.

Most come with soft armor built in.

I like the knee tube from forcefield.

    But

I also have some fox ones with d3o that I use for mtb riding.

    Hope that helps

I've added Bohn 'tights' for under my Lattitude pants to hold the knee and hip armour for exactly the reasons stated.
I always wear leggings under my gear anyway so this made sense.
FWIW my Rev-It Gear pants feel like they hold the knee and hip armor secure in the correct place.

I've been looking at the Bohn gear. But from the way I read they are only level 1 protection. Did I read right?

Many of the guys who make knee armor also make sleeves you can buy with or without their armor in it. Forcefield, Knox, etc. I wouldn't trust it myself but an athletic tube type brace from the likes of Ace might also do it for you....
