    Doug,
    You cost me $$$$$$!!!! :ddog

I would have bought that ultra clean '08 had you not found it first!

Speaking of which, what's the status on your 300? Have you ridden it yet?

Finally sampled the Deerhammer Whiskey, that stuff rocks, thanks again!

Had one trail day in October. Been to the local track a few times. Hope to get to the other side of the state April 10 - 13. It's certainly more lively and feels smaller and more nimble than my '95.

Seems like this thread needs refreshing so heres a pic from yesterday.

First time to our usual summer riding area with these bikes and likely the most fun we've ever had there!! Such great power delivery, so maneuverable, awesome suspension that is so solid and confidence inspiring. We both were doing things better than ever before and even some things we've never done before!! Grins galore!!

Yep LD, 717. Conditions were primo...as I'm sure they were today. That one stream crossing on main 717 was pretty deep huh?

We dont have a smart carb, but ours seem to be good. A little spooge is all. We've got JD's needles (red on 3 for local stuff like 717), 158 mj and 38 pj with Slaven's air and idle screws. Also have Slaven's map switch.

Damn, what causes that kind of damage? Too lean, low octane fuel?

Thank man. We've got an S3 head on order and a spare around to slap on it for now. In the mean time, have some epoxy work to do on the jug.

Dude had a stable of nice bikes and was a pleasure to buy from.
Yeah, its clean and all stock save for a pipe guard and skid plate. assumed 50-60 hrs on it and 90% of that was on the berthoud harescramble track.
all it needs now is a handful of Brrrraaaapppp

Hello my 300 brothers. I have been looking for the clutch disc tolerances with no success.
Anyone know how thick the clutch disks should be on a 2011 XC (250/300). Thanks

just wanted to bounce this jetting off of you guys

    38p
    155main
    N2ZJ - pos 1
(I want to be careful that the lean needle and lean main arent to much.....Im dumb when it comes to needle codes)

    it was setup like this
35p (had to almost close the airscrew to get it to not bog)
160 main (this seemed "ok" but the needle was so rich I couldnt really tell)
N2ZJ - pos 3 (burbled really bad of idle and took effort to get up into the powerband)
