KTM 500 EXC - Converting to Cush Hub

    Yes it fits. Mine is like a biker chick, everyone in my riding group has used it, from 250xc's to fe501's. I replaced the bearings and rubbers in it after 5 years of torment and creek crossings, and it's been great

    The old Lc4 uses the same cush hub from early 90’s until 2006

    because I put a 640 ADV wheels set (with chush hub) on my 2010 exc 530 , I can confirm it fits without any modification.

    and to help here, this morning I put this old 640 rear wheel on my 2021 exc 500 and that fit perfectly too....

    Thanks buddy. I sold my 530 exc 4 years ago, but plan on getting one again one day.. (a 500 exc that is) and i have kept the old cush hub wheel, so its nice to know it still fits…

    It's definitely heavier, and it's sprung weight, the worst kind but I doubt you'd notice it unless you were jumping the bike.
