I am having problems with my clutch. I fitted a new clutch cable to my KTM 640 from 2000 supermoto. I routed the cable on the same route as the choke cable, then I attached it to the clutch release shaft. Even though I took the adjuster all the way out, it wouldnt pull the clutch. I then checked the shaft. It seemed loose so I pulled it out and the needle bearing fell apart. So that can be one issue. So the question. My bike has 24000 km on it. What can be wrong with the clutch system? Clutch have been replaced and worked with an older cable adjusted all the way out. The original problem was that the clutch adjustment changed when it was hot.
