No he isn't. (I realize your query was rhetorical) For some reason he's spamming any and all of the 790 associated threads with this video.

Half the time you can't see Adam on his 790 anyhow. And the guy filming is on a 500 or similar. It's a ok video for what it is, but I don't find it appropriate for 2 of the 3 threads it's been posted in.

It's certainly not cool to dump it into the thread strictly dedicated to the fellow on his epic trip on his 790.

But the 790 ADV thread - totally appropriate there.

Even though your question may have been rhetorical, Adam Riemann is Motology films. KTM use him in Australia to do a lot of PR films and their rallys.
Whilst he is very much painted orange, he is a fairly handy rider, being an ex top level enduro racer, with lots of big bike experience. Doesn't put a bad video together either generally. It is his job after all.

That is not one of his films.

When are the mods going to move you 790 guys to our own play ground? The 1190 and 9x0 kids did not play well together.

I enjoy Motology videos. I enjoyed this one a lot as well. I liked that this one is a bit more of an unpolished look at the 790 in the hands of a skilled rider rather than a polished PR piece with any struggling edited out... ;)

I asked that almost a year ago and again a few months back. Mods waiting to see how it goes. I hope the 790 or “PT’s” get there own section before the shitstorms start. Last time it was a mess.

That’s dumb considering the bikes have nothing in common. A sub form for all things 790 makes perfect sense.

I have no doubt it will happen as soon as bikes get delivered to more countries. There will be so many different threads popping up it will force a change.

I guess we could start our own near-sub-forums...

Start a new thread here named '790 SUB-FORUM:EXHAUST - de-cat'd, ECU'd or not', for example, and in that thread stick to exhaust chatter. Repeat... Note: I encourage the same nomenclature of caps and "790 SUB-FORUM:TOPIC HEADING".

Wouldn't make a sub-forum, but it would make it easier to cull them later on, when a mod wanted to move things over. Would also make it easier for us to scan for our peeps, and our topics.

Once in our new home, we can rename this thread - "Great Expectations". I vote we make it a sticky ... :csm

If you start posting multiple threads about wind screens it will happen right away. Nothing triggers 9x0 owners more.

Anybody put any luggage (preferably soft gear - Moskomoto) on their 790 yet?

Checked the thread but couldn’t see anything.

    Thanks!

Wrong thread to ask, or at least find photos of what you're asking for. Scan the main 790 thread. Spend a few days, and cull through it. It's a good read. :)

My mistake, I probably wasn’t clear though. I didn’t want to debate what luggage, I just wanted to see a picture of soft luggage (any) on a 790R. Hoping an owner would have a photo.

I will scan other places to see if I can find photos or ask that question.

    Thanks!
