Yessir. Had to get rid of those white plastics...plus it’ll slide better on its side now.

    Preciate it!

Taped off the Adventure R portion and had them shoot the rest with Bullet Liner. I’d had my previous 950 shot with the stuff and it was bombproof. Now on to the tank skid plates and rear fender...

I'm a big fan of this look. Does the Liner material make it harder to move around on the pegs? It seems like it would catch your pants and make the legs twist around your thighs.

Not at all, its still a semi-smooth surface. Gives a little more grip than the plastics without being abrasive. May even add a traction pad for a little more sticky. Adds a ton more rigidity to the weak plastic pieces also.

They sure look like Bosleys to me. I have them on my 501 and 790 with 30mm drop. Absolutely vital to saving old man knees. Don’t tell anyone, but on my first set when he wasn’t so busy, he agreed to make me a custom set that was essentially halfway in between standard width and rally width, which I found perfect. When I went to order a set like that for my 790, he said he couldn’t do customs anymore. But I begged long enough and he gave in. I think he would be better off dropping the regular size and offering mid-rally and full rally pegs.

Just minding my own business coming home from a pleasant ride today on an unseasonably warm mid winter day in the mountains. Almost no ice except a little at altitude.
Had to wipe off my licence plate and fork so he could see the bike had a plate and inspection.

Nice looking rubber. How did you find the bike in the ice and snow etc? Did you drop it into rain mode or change any settings accordingly? I keep wanting to take a rip around here, but figure if I hit a big enough, icy gulch I won't even make it back home. Tell me I'm wrong .. seriously ;)
