First ride this year. No dirt, but a really nice feeling to be out again.
Lovely. Now replace those fork guards for the love of God
I guess I forgot in my hurry to get the new forks on and ride...
Went for a lil trail ride at the Parsons mountain OHV trail in SC last Saturday. Wasn't many people there but there was a family there from Charleston, a 3.5 hour ride each way because everything was shut down over their way.
Anyhow, the trail was pretty good but just a 12 mile loop.
Off the beaten track in the beautiful Netherlands from the back of my 790 R. What a great and warm spring day! Trip was about 220 km and took me from Amsterdam to the provinces Flevoland and Gelderland. Unfortunately almost all sand and single tracks I rode in the past are now illegal so I'm trying to strike a balance between what's right and what's not ;}
Got out for a spin around the neighborhood
Mount Hood, I love that view.
Nice! How's the snow level on your side of the mountain?
The snow level has been fluctuating between 2-4k the last few weeks. I haven't really explored higher since the county and forest service roads are all off limits right now , so I'm staying on the pavement. Started to have snow on the side of the road about 2K' yesterday. It snowed in Parkdale at 1,700' last week. 77f is the forecast high in HR tomorrow!
My Candy was a blast today!
Had to take some erotic shots...
It that the Garmin XT?
Warmest day of the year so far, anxious to hit some dirt but looks like it’s going to be a while...
It's part of the blast
Skid plate check...
Yup, it’s there....
Next, rev limiter check (I've heard it needs to be tested every 10 minutes on open terrain)
Checked that right before putting the bike into the position pictured above!
