@beaudaddy I'd be inclined to remove the giant mickey mouse ear mirrors first. A few found that improved things.

That screen looks like it has some serious ripples. Can you see through it effectively?

Took the bike out yesterday and went on the highway cruising 130km. More air hits the helmet but I don't get the harmonic egg beater feeling. So it works for me at this point. Much better than before were I don't think I could go a whole day with it scrambling my brains. haha. Like I need more help in that department

Yeah, for me too. I'm 5' 9'' and use an Arai XD3 with Doubletake Adv mirrors. The R/G screen works more than adequately for me; high / low speeds, off road, etc. I've not any real complaints riding the 790R.

Nothing on Aurora Rally kit on their website yet. Hope Corona didn't take down the shop.

If they're like it is around here, every non-essential business is closed.

I never noticed anything whilst riding - I think it is just the angle of the photo, as the bend of the screen is facing the camera. I was looking over it rather than through it mostly.

I find your belief that this a non-essential matter disturbing.

Not to belittle the real life grief some are experiencing around the globe :(

Back to the R/G screen topped with an Xcreen Sport. I’ve since permanently mounted the Xcreen, which I’m hoping reduces the likelihood of flutter at higher speeds. 182125C7-67F2-44A1-8F81-2383B467A9D5.jpeg

Not sure where I saw it so I’ll inquire here....
A while back I saw someone made a 3d printed block that went in between the stock 790 R windshield and the mounting block.
It changed the windshield angle and also allowed better GPS clearance.
Any links or info will be helpful..

I’ve seen a pic of a custom part for this. Hold on. Found it.

    Yes.!!!!!
    That’s the one.!!
It’s so I can build a dash plate and still have room to mount a phone GPS and or a regular GPS
And see all of it while standing. There just isn’t a lot of room to do anything..
The rade garage screen is so far the only cost effective screen option that allows room for this..
