Maybe I randomly stumbled onto something? I ordered a couple of the mirrors from KTM Twins a few years ago for my 1290 SAR and transferred them to my 790r. https://ktmtwins.com/products/ktm-690-950-990-1190-folding-mirror?_pos=21&_sid=c0524b51e&_ss=r

Not sure about the threading, but I did accidentally cross-thread the hell out of the throttle side mount so have another mount ordered. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

So who has put the Givi airflow setup on their 790? Anyone have some feedback? I like that you can slide it way up for the highway or way down for offroad. The Rade screen is better looking but not if you have to put an airfoil on top to make it livable on the highway.

Don’t think it would fit. It’s way bigger than the Sport.

I'm 6'2". Recently got my 2020 Adv R. The screen was in the upper position when I took delivery. Wind noise was very annoying, even at 50 mph. For the second ride, I lowered the screen, replaced the stock mirrors with Double Take enduro mirrors with 3" Ram arms. Better, but still too noisy. Standing, it's excellent, pure smooth air. I replaced the stock hand guards with G2 Ergonomics and will see if that helps next ride.

Has anyone removed the screen entirely to get clean air?

Yes, it’s better, but not great.

I’ve tried the stock screen, a Puig Touring, and the Rade, all with and without an Xcreen Sport. Rade wins.

Yes its the same except I´m only using the front shield in front of the original. Its possible to buy only the front shield and the fasteners on ebay. If your interested I could probably find the link and put it here in the threat.

@Velociraptor, That's fine ! Thanks for you'r answer I'll keep searching cause I don't want to use the conversion extender piece from the OEM it makes the mirror sit to high and looks kind of sucky... maybe cut the threads and drilling it and make a new left threaded piece is the solution should'nt be to hard to do...

First ride with the RADE screen and not thrilled. I am 6'2" with 34 inch inseam and I am using the KTM tall seat. Seems like the top of the screen ends about where my neck and chest meet. I was running the stock screen setup with the screen in the lowest position prior to the RADE screen and it was OK. I had tried screen extenders with the stock screen and it was always worse. I am using the latest KLIM Krios adventure helmet. Anyway the RADE screen seems to direct the air mostly right at my helmet. I don't get major buffeting but I do get smaller buffeting and seems like more wind noise than with my stock setup. So for now I have gone back to the stock setup, but am keeping the RADE screen to try with an extender to try and lift the air over my helmet like spartanman has done. Pretty easy to change back and forth. So kind of a bummer that the RADE screen did not really work for me. I was hoping for better. Also the stock setup with the screen in the low position seems to work really well with my Krios helmet. Seems like a random combo that worked out.

Anyone installed the Rebel X setup? If so, improvements over stock?

I was thinking about that today. Trying to uncover, for myself, why the RebelX might cost as much as it does, but nope .. couldn't do it. I just don't get it. (the cost, not the concept). I'd like to see someone like TripleClampMoto create a version that we drop Baja Design lighting into, and has a nice mounting system for a tablet. Yes a tablet .. a 10" tablet .. suck it :D

Ok, maybe some of that fancy RebelX circuitry for my expresso machine while we're at it. A piping hot caramel macchiato hanging off a gimbal while I surf advrider. Now we're talkin.

Yea, I've learned that with wind protection you go small or go big, in between just drains your bank account and makes things noisier.
