I've received my resleeved clutch master from gefr few weeks ago and have to say ...GREAT JOB.
Also installed Oberon slave and clutch works las never before.
It's sooo easy to shift or find neutral now :-D Almost like on my old Honda VFR, so smooth.....
Bearing modification of lever also looks and works great.

    Hi !
    great JOB "gefr" !!

... to all : I have an old Magura 163 MC to rebuilt, plus a DOT4 Clutch Slave-Cylinder.
Do you think that it's possible to convert my Magura'163 into a "DOT4 / synthetic fluid" friendly device ?
I thought about searching amongst the numerous motorbike hydraulic cylinder rebuilt kits.
... & maybe to search at automotive parts shops and find DOT4 compatible seals too.

    bye

I do not know where to find proper seals. I tried once and they were supertight. You will need to make sure your bore is not worn.
    Cheers.

THX for your advice & sharing GEFR !!
... yes, I'll check how is the bore.
But, if worn OR not, I'll re-sleeve it !

...plus : I will try with a complete & new repair set DOt4.
I'll seek for a custom/adaptable combo of piston +seals of the right length & diameter ;-)
    ciao !

    Thank You GEFR !
With 55k I have already done the KTM clutch master rebuild kit 2x...
The new bearings have eliminated all free play which is super nice :thumbup

I charge 140€, shipping included. For the states and non EU countries we will need to find a way to avoid customs as they want to tax it as an import.
    Cheers

I thought your avatar looked familiar, I purchased your fuel pump and filters for my 990 back in Jan 2015!
