    If you stand it up like you have in the second pic,,, what does it measure vertically from the ground to the center of the mounting sleeve (where the bushing goes through)?

    As though it were mounted on the bike, when its resting on the ground in the locked position....it's 13.25" to the center of the mounting hole.

    It seems about the same size as two 2 liter bottles. Probably between 3 and 4 liters of fuel. (definitely more than 2 but probably not over 4)
