That's b/c your front wheel never touches the ground and doesn't have a chance to get damaged.:lol3

um, no, not the spokes, the price, and the fact that KTM NA might not own up to the issue... or was there no problemo?

define recall... i sent them to dealer a couple times to be checked, repaired, or replaced... then got a wee bit miffed. called ktm and they gave me a set of wheels... then i sent them my old ones. not a spoke broke since. bike had 3000k or so then and it has 20k now.

my second set of wheels have been on once. i should sell them. anyone?

now.... the truing thing done by woody.... he was telling me that wheel specifications from the factories can be +/- 0.050... that's alot! seems impossible to me, but he's the expert... so he trued mine for shits and giggles... also keep in mind i have about 17k on them without any touching... so they needed a truing. he got my front within about 0.004"... magic! huge difference. that was 3 weeks ago and i have 2000 miles on the bike since. this thing still stops straight as an arrow from 90 mph, with not even a hint of brake squeal. if it starts to squeal again i'm taking the wheels off and shipping them to woody. no question.

    Meat, Meat, Meat, Meat, Meat:

You have a 2003 640 ADV, CORRECT?? What exactly is the percieved problem your trying to fix?? I've only heard of 640 wheel issues related to 2002 spokes and 2004up rims. I've never heard any complaints about O3 rims on this board, KTMtalk, etc. Nothing, NODDA, ZIP. :thwak

Please take a deep breath, and try being a typical 2003 owner, calm, unconcerned, and smug as hell. Fondle your high-flow cyl head or something. Better yet I think there may be a spill in aisle 7 of your wonderfull thread index. :bow good job on that one.
