We'd only make it to the first Cantina.. and then just surrender and drink.

They rode Kramer Jct to the Husky via the B-1 crash site, then east to Tonka Town, then south into Barstow via Copper City & Old Ft. Irwin Rd.

Close, not by the B1 crash site but a variation, bird to Husky, then enscription wall (?), we “found” tanka town then to Barstow. Del Taco, then back on fossil canyon(?) for a while then a bunch of random trails more north. Some of your tracks for inspiration, but also a lot more of a “freestyle” approach. We did not ride where you took me and littlebike, nor did we break any new ground, but it was new to Todd and Me (other than Kramer to Husky).

Thanks @KaptSlo for the many rides you have drug this slow noob on all around the Husky, it’s strange to have a comfort with that area after just a few rides there.

You're most welcome. Now you need to schedule some time to ride here in Idaho after the Noobs Rally!

Greetings all, long time no see for most of you. Still around, just was on a bit of a moto hiatus due to mountain biking (yay) and work (boo).

Looking for recommendations on a local shop (1 hr within downtown LA) that can do a solid job rebuilding a KTM 690 engine.

    Hey Isaac,

Been digging your MTB adventures on Instagram! Of course, Lior is great, but since you said within an hour of downtown LA, Brett at ESP in LaCresenta is another excellent option.

Inside Line Moto in Orange loves KTM's and on a non-traffic day is about an hour away.

since i know lior personally, i would go to him. he also comes to many of our rides, he fixed a dead bike or 2 in camp or trailside; and getting a lot of riders back on the trail, otherwise end of the ride for them and find someone to haul their bikes out.

lior's value is not just shop service.

Blasted up to Bishop last weekend for an overnighter. Staged in Bishop then hit all the fire roads, jeep trails etc. between there and Bridgeport.

    Jeep trail approaching Benton Crossing.
