    Hi everyone,

Next spring I am planning on riding from Buffalo NY to Atlanta GA to visit relatives and will be taking a route through Pennsylvania and West Virginia sticking to back roads.

I want to stop explore and photograph as many Civil War historical sites as possible on the way. Thought it would be helpful to load all the battlefield locations into the GPS and just “connect the dots”.

Problem is I can’t find a list anywhere on the web, any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Try getting info on WV here 1-800-CALLWVA remember that 90% of WV parks were battlefeilds. What route are you planning on taking? Or is it based on battle sites? I live in Charleston and will try my best to help you find some. But are you wanting to travel all around WV or just a drive thru route?
Heres some to get you started.

Thank you for all the information! I haven't picked the exact route but plan on loading as many locations as possible and just chase roads from one to the next (should make an interesting trip). Again thanks for the sites and data.
