Those look like the CJ Designs peg extensions...

Thought I would post an update to this thread. Just added new pegs to my 2000 640. Got them for $57 shipped off eBay, fit really well width wise, just needed a little grinding so they would fold up a bit. Better slightly too big than small! They even came with 10 or 12 new screw cleats. I bought the left footpeg bracket listed below, new bolt/pin, and new springs (the stock left one is all wrong). Springs needed one of the legs shortened a bit, but other than that fitment was straight forward. And the new bolts you need are actually socket cap 10M x 60mm (not 65 or 70 as posted above). 60mm fits perfect, about 2-3 threads showing past nut. (I think somebody measured the total length...)

Unlike the old one, these are actually damn near level!

Those look identical to the tusk pegs, but for the color.

I'm bringing this thread back to life...
I just got that aluminum footrest bracket from RMATV (58403038100 - KTM FOOTREST BRACKET LEFT ALU 05). It's being bolted to a 2003 625 SXC that originally had that odd ball steel bracket. Like Baggi'tard pointed out, 60mm allen head bolts are the perfect length.
But....if you want to use actual KTM bolts instead of just "hardware store" bolts, the KTM part number for them is #0035100609S (AH-Collar screw M10x60 ISA45). KTM uses them on a 2014 1190 ADV. To find the location that they're used, go to the 1190 ADV chassis parts fiche and look under "Tank, Seat, Cover". It's item #51 on the list. It's used for bolting the tank protectors to the fuel tank.

Old thread but does any one have pics of the left side sxc mount where it’s been trimmed to accept the Fastway peg? I got mine mounted but it won’t pivot. I clearly need to take some material off.

If the Fastway peg is like my Warp9 pegs, you don't trim the mount, you file the footpeg to make it pivot.
I'm going by memory, so be cautious...........file your new footpeg to match the peg you removed. You should see where the pegs differ where they contact the peg mount and have to go in the peg mount recess.
If I'm wrong, send me a PM to remind me to take a photo for you later.......maybe include your email to make it easier for me.

    Cheers

Got them mounted but Im going to swap over the adventure pegs from my 990. In the low position my right food is hanging way off the standard fast way pegs.

The adventure pegs are going to require a bit more grinding on the left side. Right side went right on.

ADV pegs went on with a lot of work. Pray to go to didn’t grind off too much of the peg or mount.

I just saw your posting Parx. So does your bike currently have the original SXS left side bracket, or the newer 640A bracket? When i mounted my Fasway F3 pegs on my '07 640A, i ground down the peg bracket some to get the peg to fit (i have them mounted in the upper position, so that there's more peg to ground clearance). When i swapped a left side 640A bracket onto my friend's SXS, it was simple for the only reason that i used a stock 640A peg with a CJ Designs peg extender. On another friend's '05 640A, i ground down his aluminum Warp9 peg to fit his left bracket.

As in the 2004 up bracket ? If so that is what I have. There are only two right?

I didn’t mean to cause confusion, but Yes, there are only two versions.

I also added a couple pics above. ^^^
