From my experience, crap like this works for the first 1000KM and/or the first 50 off road KMs. I have friends with cheap headlights (when I say cheap, I am not talking $$) they always stop working.

I know guys who buy the cheap LED mountain bike lights and they seem great until they die. Then they get stuck finding their way out of the woods in the dark. No way in hell would I trust one on my moto.

You said expensive, but this is insane. It's more like the overpriced name brand parts suppliers than the Chinese. Our headlights are designed to avoid blinding oncoming traffic whether the country is right hand drive or left. This lamp probably doesn't work that way. And, as mentioned could very likely fail prematurely. $50, maybe, but not over $600.

The headlight is insane expensive for a Chinese product making a possible purchase totally out of the question. I posted the link because I was impressed that they made a full led projector headlight. Who is going to buy it? Probably no one.

My FZ-10 was 100% LED which was outstanding. Factory stuff is one thing, aftermarket quite another. The BMW headlights are good, provided they're not burning up reflectors.

It may not be bad as a backup, you know, just in case your stock fails...just mount it above the original. Kind of like the "Family Truckster" from National Lampoons Vacation?

Having said that, the price is a little high, so...yeah, in that case it would be dumb.

My headlight burned out. If it wasn't for the little light on the dash I wouldn't have noticed. The Clearwater lights make it rather incidental.....

In China, the price of the headlight is $500 or less. but I thought it was too expensive.

The factory began selling it last month, although it seems to sells well in China.I hope it will stand the test of time.

The light on the dash indicates high beam.
