Well, I guess I am one of the few in Ontario that has a vanity plate on my motorcycle. My truck is MOTRSKLZ and my motorcycle is just SKLZ. Both were gifts from my family. They are based on the fact that I compete in police motorcycle skills competitions (quite successfully too). The motorcycle plate was a little more appropriate on my Harley, but since it was written off a couple months ago, I just transferred it to my new GS Adventure. I guess I just have to hone my offroad skills to match my on road skills so that the plate still applies :D

That is a 1980 Kawasaki KZ440, mostly. Grafted to it are Suzuki DR350 suspension and wheelset. The tank is a custom job as well with the top of a DR tank welded to the bottom pan of a KZ tank. It has a universal cheesy headlight kit from eBy on the front, but the lights are H4 bulbs in projector housings. Finally I fab'ed a mounting system out of some steel strapping and all-thread and put a set of JC-Whitney panniers on it.

It sits relatively low in the water so my wife at 5'4 can ride it easily without too much of ground clearance issue. The KZ440 motor makes about the same output numbers as a DR if i remember correctly.

It's a cool little bike, and parts for the KZ motor are super cheap.

I'm considering it. I have THAC0 on my car, and it is available for the bike.

With plans to tour on a Sportster, I'm also considering "THTGY". (Yeah, I'm that guy...)
