Yup, I remember. We had just gotten back from doing the Trans-Taiga to Caniapiscau. This is the shore of James Bay.

A thread I can get into! This truck is such a cream-puff. Meaning, it's bad-ass and does nothing wrong. Had it for 14 years, and counting. 2000 Dodge Ram with 5.9L Cummins, 24 valve, 6 speed manual, straight piped, 29 pounds of boost, bigger injectors, 8 foot bed, all leather interior. Paid it off 12 years ago! 2009 Honda CRF 450X on the hitch carrier, and a Yamaha Grizzly 400 in the bed. No payments, no problems.

2003, 190,000 miles, still running like a champ. I've had Chevy's and Ford's and I have to say the Toyota is my favorite truck. 2.5" leveling kit and 1.5" rear block and a 285 tire on a factory wheels plastidipped black. 4WD, V8, reliable as a hammer.

You obviously aren't from where i live. That era is all swiss cheese here.

sure you can buy them, but in my state you cant tag them for road use.
