It is a recover.
Mihalis looks like you have an R 100GSPD as well as an R 1150 GSA ?
Very nice collection . I had an R100gspd , sold it too soon ( like so many other bikes )
Looks like you installed front fork with calipers from 1150?
How does you feel about new brakes? how abs works?
I changed the front fork and and the calipers
It is “plug and play”
Also changed the brake lines.
I think the brakes are better now but not so big difference
Thank you. But your bike looks amazing.
What have you did with exhaust pipe? metalpolish?
I found a stock new exhaust in a very low price.
Now it has only 5.000 km.
Here the bike with the original suit
and the original kilometers

Here's what mine looked like the last time it had a wash.
My 99 on a 200 mile run in a small village in Northumberland ,a few days before the UK lockdown ,stopped off with my G/F for our packed lunch in a bus shelter ,Her bandit 600 in the background.
Hope this message finds you well and everyone around the world is healthy during these interesting times.
Miss riding my GS so decided to post a picture or two of my last ride with her before shutting down
Thank you strictlyJDM; yes it has been tough to modify my behaviour to this degree. Hopefully for only a short time. I also wish you and yours, the best in the coming days.
But for now, as Moshe says, its "Kickstand Down", until we get to the other side.
Take care of yourself, your family, and your bike. All should be well soon.
The horses are getting restless, in the stable.
Bubble wrap is a good idea too!
I had to deliver some extra masks to a friend, so I decided to take the GS and blow the dust off of it.
After a really shitty and stressful day @ work on wednesday,I went out on my R1100GS a run down the Galloway forest park in south west Scotland for a chill out jus Me ,bike and the country side ..also headed to Loch Trool where I took a pic of the GS next to the Bruce stone and jus sat in solitude only the wind and birds for company..what a fanatastic run.. 130miles round trip from my home ..had a great restful sleep that nite :)
sipping in some uncontaminated air with little david.
other than in neighboring areas no shutdown in my county, but to be perfectly honnest: i would still not obey to the government‘s rules and stay at home.
y‘all stay fit and healthy in those difficult times!
My 94 r1100gs. Finished polishing up the rims changed the oil and filter. I also just finished the ABS mod and balanced the carbs with my carbmate. replaced the tapered bearing in the gearbox with sealed bearings and rebuilt the final drive that was about 7 years ago. Havent drivien it since 2016. Fired right up after being under a motocycle cover for the last 3.5 years. Still have the original bmw panniers. Cheers
