    Whoa, this is something someone posted on Facebook so it MUST be taken very seriously since all serious legal disputes are adjudicated on Facebook. :fpalm

    It is true that you can't reach a conclusion from one Facebook post. But it is also true that there are reviews of Lightning on Glassdoor.com (employee reviews of employers) that suggest Lightning has played fast and loose before, including paying their own employees late.

    If I had a deposit down on a Strike, with these two bits of information in hand I would reclaim my deposit. Then see if Hatfield can get his act together before reconsidering.

    Did anyone else notice that it's been a full month after deliveries were supposed to start? Anyone received their Carbon version yet? From what we've seen so far, it would not be a surprise to learn that no one has.
