One thing I forgot to mention I left air in my container after filling it and when I got to Skagway and it was sunny and warm :eek1 It didn't leak or vent fumes even so the cap seals really well. I think the answer is, after filling it, get the cap started on the threads and then gently squeeze the bag to get all the air you can out. My reasoning is that the less air there is in it, the less it will expand. I just loosened the cap a bit and let the air out, then tightened the cap again. No more obvious expansion.
I'm fairly certain the gas will vaporize as it warms up anyway thus filling the extra space in the bag.
All PMS replied, all orders shipped as of today. Things got a little slow with the site renovation but I'm back on track now. Bags in stock, pm if ya want one.
Glad they have all arrived in good shape. I'm a little behind on responding to orders due to work and riding, but catching up.
