I'm heading up to the Catskills this weekend and looking for any street route recomendations. GPX files would be helpfull or just any nice roads.

I agree on all the roads listed above. We did a Catskills ride just yesterday. I have a .gpx file of it that includes Platt Clove Rd, Cty RT 42 and 47, Rt28a, and some back roads in Saugerties. We started / ended at the Rhinecliff Bridge.

    Enjoy

This looks like a great loop. 3 of us are coming up from LI and gonna try it on 7/25. 2 Wee stroms and a Bimmer, no GPS, so I'm assuming/hoping the directions will be easy enough to follow.
If anyone wants to join us ...

Kaaterskill & Platt Clove are steep & beautiful,... grew up swimmin' the crick beds there,... be safe,... roads are quite tight, maybe closed.

It is really hard to go wrong anywhere in the Catskills, one of my favorites is 23C from Tannersville to Windham (amazing stone church along the way). Just take 23C from main street for a few miles, past cattle and the like, until you get to a stop sign. Make a right there and head on in to Windham. Clean roads, but I don't if it snowed up there yet.
