I'd like to make a trip to MI to ride this fall. I've ridden MI before, the Baldwin area, GLDS events. I'm not that familiar with riding in MI other this these events. I do not have a GPS. I'd like to come up and ride some two tack and some single track on a KTM 500. I have a buddy near Detroit that has just moved to MI, so he's not familr with the area either.

I did enjoy the GLDS events near Baldwin.

I have fond 30yo memories of riding near Baldwin and N of Harrison. I'm looking to make new memories and will be looking for ideas from the Cycle Conservation Club. Their maps list has several motorcycle only trails. I'm looking at the Big O trail right now. Let us know how it goes!

Edit: An ORV License and ORV Trail Permit will probably be required. I got mine at Walmart. Also, it seems there are restrictions during Deer season.

Myslef and a few others are heading up to ride full Atlanta loop this Saturday Nov 7th, roughly 80-90 miles. Not sure if you are interested but we welcome more if your are. Also looking to start early so we have time to complete the loop.

While I would be interested, I'm sure it's more than I should try.
I tried to do the Horseshoe Lake trail loops on Wednesday. I confirmed two things: I don't like riding the whoops, and I need to have a reliable way to pick up the bike when I drop it.
I hope you have a good day and I'd enjoy hearing about it too.
