Just the Marlborough forest...
It's long gone.
Thanksgiving ride with my sons. Enjoying the fall foliage and the complete absence of bugs.
Sure were a lot of people who were either retired or who called in sick yesterday out on the road.
Saw a group of about 10 ds style bikes in Sharbot Lake on the 509, and many more.
Stephanie and I stopped for coffee and dessert at the Cardinal Cafe in Sharbot Lake, then came back on Crow Lake road.
280k all told.
Makes me even happier to be sitting in the low desert just north of Yuma.
I just say screw it and go:
Yabut you are nuts right?
My mom said so.
Yabut did she give you a letter.
Maybe not but his Dr. gave him a certificate.
That's what I need a certificate of sanity. I wonder how much the bribe for that is?
Got a diagnosis though.
Same thing, I guess.
The NE BDR is posted now.
Easy to get to the start and end with a 5 hour sprint. The video spoilers of the NEBDR look as good as the western routes - maybe better. Most of the stuff in New Hampshire and Vermont look familiar. There's some epic riding here.
SURELY you guys were out distancing today! Put together a fantastic 200 km loop today with only 3-4 turnbacks due to some deep mudholes. What a fabulous day!
Trails are still closed down my way, but the roads were pretty good today.
Beautiful weather for a ride in the woods!
@juames You are getting your money's worth out of that back tire - haha!
Yes, it's time to go for sure! Using the rear break on dirt is very interesting!
