That's a great idea Craig. Might have to do something like that. Top idea.
Stuff the movie, let's try the pyramid on it.
We have lift off, well first coat of paint
Just got back from Nick's and he has done the first couple of coats of the candy apple red.
My photo's aren't the best but you get the idea.
This is straight off the gun and still a few more coats to go. Nick reckons he needs about 15 different colours to do the scrolls, fishscales and murals.
His missus took some photo's which hopefully will be better quality.
Anyway here's some teasers.
Nice, but get him to mask the petrol cap thread!
After a few more coats it will be well clogged up.
Good point @Roofchop. I will remind him
Geez, you must be like a kid in a candy shop Alex haha, looking really good
Seat has been covered. Other than paint that should be it. Just assemble and get passed and registered.
Don't forget to weigh the beast. I seem to remember there's a wager on that particular point, although I'm buggered I can remember my guess...
Here you go Paul. Your estimate - 87kg chassis; 345kg ready to ride.
I reckon you are going to be close.
Here is a jump start on your party.
Happy to nuke it if it's a bit too much.
Final candy coats applied. Next up, graphics. WOOHOO!!!
Here's another pic.
This is gonna be good!
I'm going to say this now, on only two ciders so I don't get carried away, I feel privileged to watch this coming together. It is so good to watch something like this appear from nothing!
You are too kind. Thank you and thankyou everyone who is loving this build as much as me.
Now where did I put my tissues. Damn this dust in my eyes
Calm down. Get a grip.
We've all bought tickets for the show !
About frigging time. Still, all crow eaters are stuck in a time loop I think.
