Why not just make the master cylinder protection part of the skid plate. I don't see the advantage to running two separate parts? Otherwise it looks great you might want to mention shipping, costs and availability in the U.S. Can't wait to see the finalized product.
Hi, thanks for question and notice about price (I added this info in first message) First our prototype was exactly as one part (bash plate and master cylinder protection part as one piece). You may see how it was realized here: But after some tests we deceived to do separate parts because of next: - we wanted to have master cylinder protection as close to frame as it's possible, - with separate part as Hardy it's more easy to mount/dismount the main bash plate, - sometimes people don't need master cylinder protection, sometimes they need only master cylinder protection (they have already engine's protection from other producer) - we have AISI 304 bash plate as option, so if you need steel skid plate - you order it and you add alloy master cylinder protection (Hardy). It's just much easier in this way to organize production of all these parts. You already see finalized product in mentioned options (non-coated alloy and stainless steel). Do you think that we have to add smth. to our product? By the way: we may reduce the price if we collect the order for quantity starting from 20 pieces.
Looks awesome. But I remember reading somewhere that you started this wanting to offer a nice skid plate for a nice price. Now, if you get it in black, with the cylinder protection, it comes to 240$. Which comes to the one of the most expensive ones on the market. Black dogs, or adventure specs are the same price for example.
