Okay are these tracks do able on the bigger bikes I'm on an 800 gs which should be fine but my buddy is on a 1200 tenere. Will his bike make it? Also I have a Garmin nuvi. Can I upload gpx files onto it?

Skill level of the rider matters more than the size of the bike in my opinion. I have seen highly skilled riders on big BMW's and KTM's and @zxrider11 on his Super Tenere make stuff look super easy.

Going north to south or downhill on Bee Camp road easier than uphill on a big bike.

I was glad I was on the 250 instead of BMW R1200GSA. One water crossing was a concrete slab with about a 1/4 inch of water running over it. Bike slid out from under me before getting all the way across due to being very slippery and was the only time falling.

Nuvi might not do tracks and you need to covert the gpx files to tracks in Garmin Basecamp before loading on to a Garmin device. @Old 179 was having issues with the gpx file from this thread on his Garmin Montana. Basecamp is not very user friendly in my opinion either.

Here are some pictures from last week doing the Madison tracks. ( We also ran Loose Nut 2015 tracks) We were on pavement a lot more than gravel and may have been due to us staying 22 miles north of Madison.

The Madison tracks are awesome, I recall there being 25+ water crossings.

A Super Tenere with good tires is totally doable.

I rode a good part of this a few weeks ago on at Ktm 1290 with Shinko 705 tires ( a 70/30 tire). I had no problems until a deep water crossing made me abort.

Things to remember. When riding legal roads (Madison tracks for example), if you encounter a situation where your skill level/bike is not suited, there is always go around roads. When on trails, don't go down, or up anything that you be afraid/can not return thru.

After the Buffaloe 500 ADV ride yesterday I'm all about these types of meetups if anyone is still interested in a ride soon.

It was a great weekend! I did the ADV ride on Saturday then played a little at Stoney on my 690. First time I’ve rode it on single track, but rode the red arrows and did just fine. I did do some exploring at Stoney and got myself in some situations I didn’t mean to do, but I never hit the ground so I’ll call it a win!

I was down that way after the snow.... Fox rd was a sketchy time getting up. The road is incorporated into the Indiana Loop. So much fun I came back down as well. Nice Images BTW.
