Kinda like deer hunting, you have to be very careful not to jump it and have it run off.
Never to be seen ( but heard) again....

I was invited to the Six Days Reunion and Ride in Woodland Park, CO over the weekend. Got to hang out and with folks like Fred Hoess (20 ISDE gold medals), Suzy Moody (the reason the US has a female ISDE team), and Jack Penton (as in Penton motorcycles).

When I was in CA in June I met and had dinner with Preston Petty. What an honor to meet these amazing moto industry legends.

    I'm a lucky gal.

I would say blow me Tim but based on the pustules around your lips and screaming that comes from the bathroom when you’re in there I think I will pass.

Anybody else headed to Owls Head for the vintage bike meet?

I'm gonna make the run over with the ol' Hondapotamus Saturday. Might be nice to meet up for coffee/snacks prior if anybody else is headed that direction.

since I'm here on the internet...
The fork seal cleaning with the sealmate thing has seen two 100 mile day rides with 2up and several other hundred miles of solo riding....it did work....
When I called Bangor Motorsports and changed my order of 2 oil seals and dust seals to 1 of each after cleaning the seal, the parts guy assured me the cleaner thing would not really work....

I'm heading today out for a couple of weeks on the FJR w/Jenn! Hoping to get to NC and then TN (for a beer or 3 with the infamous @internalcombust and family!) before racing home before Jenn runs out of vacation days.
