I'm confused, can I trailer into this event? If so where is parking in terms of distance from camping?

Also if needed I can bring a large two burner propane stove, ten gallon stock pots and giant skillets. Let me know if the kitchen equipment is needed.

Trailers can be parked either across the creek, not far, or on some of the hilly areas that can't be used for tents or campers.

Thanks for the offer on kitchen items. I think we have everything but I'll check with Stover.

There's a whole new manual for this year. Bend over & lemme pull it out of the file cabinet. ;)

That would take away from the GO BIG slogan.

Looks like my schedule opened up for that weekend so I am in!

Can you comment on the route for the Cherokee Challenge; is it mostly 200 miles of gravel roads or are there any challenging sections (single track, etc.)? Also which day will it be on...

    Awesome!
Cherokee Challenge is forest service & groomed gravel. No gnarly sections. It's a full day ride if you stop for lunch and pictures, etc.
It's self guided and we will have route sheets & gps files. You can run it anytime you want.
