    Da Pics and mini story:
We shall see if I can keep this brief? :scratch :poser

So we drove :hide, but with a good excuse. It meant we could drop off the kid at the in laws and the angrywife could come and camp too :clap.
    It was pretty wet
    [IMG]

some folks had more fun riding up but paid the price in damp gear
    [IMG]

Was hungry and of course you will never go hungry at the roadhouse! 3 or more different kinds of brats and as much as you could pushing into your gob. Oh and a few bikes in the background.

I propped the bar up with the wife :freaky
smashly makes a mean irish coffee I hear :D
    [IMG]

Some folks were trying to get dry again. Ned helping Jeff wring out his undies
    [IMG]

eh is that a cage or 2 in the bike lot!

I brought the extra tent for a special someone :D (something about a bike fire, melting gear etc)

"no no no, it is cool, I don't need proof you're going commando under the stitch"

I should have brought a small steep stool, getting my brew off the bar was problematic to say the least
    [IMG]

no body told me it was a cowboy hat party :scratch
    [IMG]

    oh and more bikes
    [IMG]

    hmm, this is new! :clap
    [IMG]

    part #2 coming......

weird looks, as I was on the roof to get this shot
    [IMG]

it was slippy and I fell :cry
    [IMG]

dancing and music kept us moving to stay warm
    [IMG]

    Then this!!!!

    may I have a steak.......thanks guys :cry :lol3
    [IMG]

    the grill master :bow
    [IMG]

    :::flower break:::

    nobody was having fun :nono
    [IMG]

yummy! these were fantastic steaks, I ate mine almost raw :tb
    [IMG]

so did a few others, they were perfect.

oh and shrimp and garlic bread, even a salad :huh
    [IMG]
oh and spicy sausage mixed in. Tiny brings the flavor :D
    [IMG]

oh and the tradition shots :clap
    [IMG]

My spot was perfect! I pulled out the rain fly and it was moldy from last year, guess I put it away damn the last time.
This place worked out well though :hide
    [IMG]

Pete, thrilled and amazed us with a wonderful slide show of his trip around the world :clap
    [IMG]

more later...... this is pretty short right (I don't mean me)?

Was a great night chatting with new and old friends.

We stayed dry but it rained like crazy on and off all night. Good gear test for those out in the grass
    [IMG]

some folks had a bit more protection than others
    [IMG]

mmmm, the best corn beef hash I have ever had! Well actually I have never had it but I doubt I will find a tastier one than at the roadhouse.

JStory's tent was a little "pool" like
    [IMG]

folks packed up and I think a few bike issues were had. Hopefully folks got fixed up and on the road ok.

wee took the coast home and it was a tad foggy
    [IMG]
    we survived though :hide
    [IMG]

    stopped for a snack
    [IMG]

then off for a detour to pick up some stuff before heading home and I spotted a klr top box grave yard
    [IMG]
    :hide

that is it. Was wonderful as always.

The road house events are the best, thanks to all the folks that make this possible.

See ya in Sept, I get a free pass (won at the raffle) :clap
I am always lucky in Rio Nido! :D

Good times, Thanks all involved and showed up. Rode up alone in the rain friday afternoon, got trashed, woke up and went canoeing in the rain it was funnn(nnn).
Pete, you had the best travelers presentation I've been to, thanks for the tank top :rilla
The worst part of the trip was going over highway 9 when the runners were doing a relay race to davenport, I don't know if I ever wanted to have a bazooka attached to my bike that much before.
How did the non-starting bikes do? did 2oldtodirt get out?

Thanks guys, AAAARRRGGGHHH to all... Later.

    1) Peterfromberkly is a tool

    2) I liked his presentation better than ted simons because I hate British accents and because Peter did his trip on a BMW. :clap It was way more exciting. However, I was more interested in the cool show, but the heckling and his responses were great too. :deal:thumb

    3) Ned, Hotmammaandme is gonna shoot me. Thanks. Got anejo?

    4) Sorry I couldn't stay and :beer:jose the rest of you :asshat's . Motorbikes cant win 2 weekends in a row over Acadamia. Gotta do school work sometime. :puke2

    5) Do I get a shirt or just the mugz? Im confused.:ken
