For those of you who could give a fat rat’s crack about the subject person, please be advised that Chris had a fall at home and is now laid up in the Sale hospital.

The hospital number is 03 5143 8600, and he’s got his mobile phone with him.

PS. Chris gave me permission to post this info.

PPS. He was showered today and they used the fire hose (or maybe it was the Karcher?).

Is this going to become a competition ?

    First @AUSSIEADV does flight training.
    Broken Elvis and ribs

Now @McCardigan does flight training too.

I hope this is not a trend. Bikes are dangerous enough without adding home repairs.

Anyone know where the pudding is? After a few days eating Sale hospital food I reckon Chris will be desperate enough.

I spoke to Mcardle and he said the food was great in hospital. But when he told me what he was eating previous to being in hospital it would be like eating at a 10 star eatery.:D:D.

OK, I'll insist on a covid swap before accepting him at Maffra - clearly he has lost his sense of taste and smell.

I’ve heard the Sale Hospital scoff is as bad as the oatmeal at the Cook County slammer. Get well soon, Chris.

    Sorry to hear this Chris.

Hope you have a speedy recovery and get back out and about again soon.

I updated my right knee to C-leg last year and it has saved me from having a number of big falls . . . :1drink

Geez that's a bloody expensive leg Pezz.

Chris could buy a couple Beemers for that price.

    Get well quicky McCardigan.

Surprisingly enough, he reckons that the hospital tucker is pretty good (makes you wonder about his benchmarks). I’d guess that any food you don’t have to cook yourself is good tucker.

Anyways, hats off to the Sale Hosp. and its staff. To be able to tolerate our boy, and to keep him happy has to be a remarkable achievement.

From personal experience, the staff at small country hospitals, to put it mildly, are saints.

Paul D, ask yourself (and you should know): If you had to spend time in Hosp. for a small routine procedure – where would you rather be?
