Just looked at this post today and wondered if it had any life.
I'm up for something. Weekend is out, tractor repairs.

I'm clear all this coming week except late Tuesday afternoon, and Wednesday morning 0900-1200. Next week is pretty clear.

Went oxley onto fenwicks rd , cobcroft trail , mooraback onto racecourse trail which runs into coachwood road. Onto carrai road left onto fifes creek rd then ball rd to mckenzies creek rd onto toose rd into bellbrook. did last sunday on 701, easy if not wet, was quite slippery around coachwood rd area and there is a bridge bypass on mooraback road which isn't hard if not wet. Took 3 hrs from bellbrook to fenwicks oxley intersection with slow going for 50ks of slippery bits due to recent rain. What size bike are you riding? If wet could be a handful on bike bigger than 180 kg's depending on ability & tyre selection Hope that helps

You've saved me rummaging around my files, Ollie! Will be looking to do this run on the T7 when the next shutdown is complete in late November.

How about a run up to Killiekrankie then down to Thora? I have a gpx somewhere. If you are brave then do Kilprotay.

With the amount of rain we have had in this area the last week Kilprotay would be only for the very brave and extremely talented.

Normally not too bad but lots of heavy rain last couple of weeks, even now as I type this, will make some sections very slick as a lot of red clay that never sees the sky. Would really depend on what you are riding and your skill levels.

If you have rimlocks drop your tyre pressures and you should be ok. A delicate throttle hand helps, too.
