Replaced a blown coolant hose. Wonder if it overheated and is going to need a rebuild soon.

Probably not, that leaking hose under the carbs is a fairly common problem on the ST1100 and a real pain to fix. This looks like a great buy for someone, especially since he already fixed the leaking hose.

I'd get it but after riding one it didn't feel much lighter than my Oldwing which still suffices. ;)

If I had any more space in the garage I would buy it.

1980 Honda cb 650 Enduro aka Frankenstein - $1250 (Galesburg)

    upload_2016-11-5_7-42-45.png

I'm selling my Custom Enduro. I own a few bikes and well, I want a bigger one. This one needs sold.

It needs a battery and some gas (not fresh..just some gas tanks a bit low lol)
I screwed up the shifter seal so leaks oil when its leaning...doesn't down the road, and their not hard to replace.

Its a 80 .. so not perfect but runs good. Have extra sprockets for gearing.

It was built by the owner of Cambridge Motorsports. He raced/road it for years.

    Tires/brakes good...etc..

1250 OBO... bring a battery and a bit a gas, ride it home. Or bring a trailer/truck.
Clean Title. I'd ride it anywhere. Been to sandy oaks on it, done a group ride with it, great bike, gets attention. I will miss it.

Timing belt should have been replaced at 90k. Only year they came in Sparkling Silver Metallic.
These are rock solid bikes, but the 1996 and up models with ABS are the ones to buy as they have larger diameter forks, much better brakes and upgraded and more reliable alternator (40 amp rather than 28 amp).

My neighbor has called and emailed that guy with the SE multiple times....The seller won't let my neighbor come check out the bike, even though we live only 20 minutes away.

    Something fishy with that deal.....
