Seven- time National Enduro Champion, Mike Lafferty, knows a thing or two about getting through the woods quickly. First and foremost he knows there are no short- cuts or "magic tricks" to becoming a highly accomplished off-road rider, it’s more about focusing on the fundamentals, developing a consistent approach to your program and then putting in the work required to achieve it. The goal of the Mike Lafferty Enduro School is to provide you with proper direction on bike set- up, introduce you to correct fundamental riding technique with drills that you can follow- up on after the course is over, pre-race preparation, race strategy and tactics. In addition, the school covers physical preparation issues, including: training, diet, hydration, injury recovery and prevention.
